Review: ProsourceFit’s Exercise Mat Home Gym Flooring

The original reason I wanted to get these exercise mats was so that we could do deadlifts and other exercises without damaging our indoor carpet. I originally placed an order with Walmart for a similar product, but those were on back order for three months; Walmart eventually canceled my order. I found this non-slip puzzle gym flooring on Amazon and also, on ProSourceFit’s online store.

Each tile is 24 inches by 24 inches and 3/4 inches thick. It includes 6 tiles and 12 end borders to create a customized polished look. Each end border is like a “puzzle piece”, so that you can attach the mats to each other in different interlocking ways. It’s super easy to put these together; You can peel off the end border and just place the square as you please.

These mats are nice and bouncy and gave me a nice little push while doing my cardio. These also provide great cushion for my floor exercises and yoga workouts. I did experience some separation in the mats depending on which exercise I was performing. These mats are also non-slip, but wearing gripping yoga socks while doing some types of “barefoot” cardio helps me feel a bit more stable.

These mats definitely give my little home gym a more polished look and makes it feel a bit more professional. I am so happy with my purchase!
