I’m a true blood bored snacker AND a sweet feen – put the 2 together and you have a diet sabotage in your hands.
Because I made good snack choices I was able to stay within my calories AND fat for today and still ‘cheat’ for dinner.
The most amazing moment of today? I was a little hungry after my afternoon snack, felt the need to ‘snack’ coming on, and what did I do? CLEANED MY BEDROOM. I kept myself busy so that i wouldn’t focus on my oral fixation of just chewing on something.
My healthy lifestyle scale said that I had a “Healthy Day”!!

I feel awesome! I can’t wait to try again tomorrow!
