I am a SUGAR FEEN! I LOVE sugary snacks. It has been 3 days since I’ve had one! No mini-candies, no hard candy, no 100 calorie packs, no nothing! I am SO proud of myself and have experienced NO withdrawal symptoms so far.
All my snacks now either consist of a veggie – like carrot sticks, which I am learning to love and fruit – which is a NATURAL sugary snack haha.
I am so proud of myself. So elated. I CAN do this – when I put my mind to it, I can suceed – I did it with my weight – exercising, eating well. I can get this last ISSUE in check! 🙂
