RECIPE: Low Carb High Protein Waffle

1 carb waffle recipe

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix protein powder and baking power together
  2. Beat in one egg
  3. Add enough water to consistency, around 1/4 cup
  4. Cook waffle batter in waffle maker

Servings: 1

Macros:

  • 1g carbs
  • 6g fat
  • 30g protein
