Glutathione was suggested to me to aide in quicker recovery times from my workouts! Glutathione supplements help increase the levels of the naturally occurring antioxidants in your body to help repair damaged cells. It has been proven to aide in anti-aging, improve your liver function, improve acne, & give you an all around better mood. If you have a milk or lactose allergy though, avoid this supplement.

Glutamine can help decrease muscle soreness and improve recovery after intense exercise. Glutamine can also help to reduce fatigue and boost your immune system.
Collagen supplements are also useful in helping repair muscles quicker. They are beneficial in improving your skins elasticity, moisture, & smoothness. I mostly use my collagen pills to strengthen my nails, as they are naturally very weak!
Acidophilus are “friendly” bacteria that help with digestion & control infections
A tablespoon of ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) a day has shown so many benefits! Reduces heartburn & acid reflux, appetite suppressant, increases metabolism, reduces water retention, improves food absorption, & so much more. I personally take a tablespoon in the morning when I first wake up, diluted with a shot glass of water. I also do the same right before bed.
I also take a multivitamin daily to catch any of the essential nutrients I’ve missed throughout the day like calcium, potassium, vitamin D, and vitamin B12, which many Americans don’t get enough of.
