In October, I received a Google news alert for an article about a new plant based protein shake created by tennis superstar, Venus Williams. I’m a huge fan of protein shakes. Because of an adverse reaction to whey protein, I’ve been consuming plant based proteins since 2019, so I was definitely interested in this product!

We already know how important exercise is. Supplements can help you achieve your goals when implemented into your daily routine with workouts and healthy eating. FIBER
Try to get at least 15g-25g of fiber a day. Fiber will help with your digestion, blood sugar, & help you process high protein foods better! It will also make you feel fuller for longer! Add high fiber fruits & veggies to your diet! Apples, mangos, raspberries, strawberries, etc all have great fiber counts. For high fiber veggies, try broccoli, spinach, or brussel sprouts. Beans & Potatoes are also great sources of fiber. Fiber is a trackable item in MyFitnessPal so be sure to keep an eye on it! To supplement on lower carb days, I use a fiber gummy.
