Day One, Monday, October 12th, 2009: The day actually went VERY well. Through my exercising with ChaLEAN Extreme, and this eating plan, I had a TON of energy. I didn’t even want the day to end; I had to force myself to go to sleep at a reasonable time. I was NEVER hungry. The only time I got a tummy grumble was when it was getting closer to lunch. I’ve just recently switched to eating at 1pm instead of 12 noon because it gives me less time to work after lunch LOL.
Day Two, Tuesday, October 13th, 2009: WOW! My energy is THROUGH the ROOF. I wanted to see a friend perform tonight, so I took a 30 minute nap at 8pm. I didn’t yawn or get sleepy until the ride home, at 11:30/Midnight. Pretty awesome seeing as I had been up since 5 am!
Day Three, Wednesday, October 14th, 2009:
(2:43 PM) Estee Ratliff: hmm Day 3. I want carbs.. like.. toast with jelly, or a muffin, or french fries lol
(2:44 PM) Estee Ratliff: it’s just a craving.. not even hungry.. i juswanit! (in my 2 year old inner child voice lol)
Day Four, Thursday, October 15th, 2009: Added popcorn (no salt no butter) to my snack selection . BAD IDEA! I just can’t stop eating it!! After I finish this supply up? Sticking to nuts and seeds as my snacks!
Day Five, Friday, October 16th, 2009: Treated to a lunch and dinner out. Went 500 calories over my daily limit, but that’s ok – You need to treat yourself every now and again and I just had to try this restaurant, Chifa out – A MAZ ING!!
Day Six, Saturday, October 17th, 2009: Cooked breakfast for dad and I was content with eating my steel cut oatmeal. I’ve added craisins to the mix to give it a sweetness that I can avoid from sweeteners. I actually ENJOY eating it.. crazy.. I know! 😀
Weighed in on 10/10/09 @ 197 lb.
**DRUM ROLL PLEASE**
Today? 10/17/09 I am 189.4 lb!!! 😀
One week of ChaLEAN Extreme combined with the Dr. Oz Diet = A loss of over 8 pounds! Which one worked? Did the combo do the trick? WHO KNOWS, WHO CARES! I just know I feel A- MAZING! Energy is BACK baby!
