This fruit infused water was delicious & refreshing! I wasn’t too worried about the weight loss aspects this may provide. I just wanted something to help me not get too bored with my daily water intake. I try to drink a little more than a gallon of water a day, so this infusion helps me increase my water consumption.
I let my infusion sit overnight. I add 8oz of the infused water to my water bottle first thing in the morning. I also add 1-2 cubes of mango to my water bottle from the pitcher. This jug lasts me for five days, but you can refill the mixture up to 2 to 3 times with more water until the taste of the mango & ginger are gone.
I’ve been drinking 8oz of this infused water a day since July 27th and definitely have noticed a difference! With my normal healthy eating & exercise routine, this infused water was all that I changed & it helped me break a plateau & lose 5 pounds in 2 weeks.
Ginger & Mango both provide a slew of vitamins!
