I wanted to show you one workout I do while working out from home. This PUSH (Chest, Shoulders, Triceps) workout is basically a workout that I did in the gym and I just converted it to my home gym environment. For most of these exercises, I usually do a warm-up set and then three working sets of 12 to 15 reps depending on the amount of weight I’m using.
There is no shortage of effective lower-body exercises. Make your booty and thighs firmer and stronger with the right exercises. Working different muscles from different angles can help. Do this workout in both the gym or at home. You can find more home gym equipment suggestions in my Amazon store!

For me, after almost six months of working remotely from home, it dawned on me recently that I perhaps haven’t been fully been taking full advantage of my new situation. I definitely feel blessed to have more time at home and less time driving/commuting.
