Amazon purchased Whole Foods for 13 billion dollars! Combine an already massively popular e-commerce website with a nationwide popular grocery brick & mortar & you get an amazing combination! Sometimes delivery of items just isn’t the best option. When dealing with food, there’s a time stamp on perishable items that you MUST meet. Having a physical location could solve this issue for Amazon.

Do I need a preworkout?
We already know how important exercise is. It not only will help reduce your risks from certain diseases, but the endorphins that get released during exercise are shown to make you happier & help to reduce your stress! Sometimes though, you just need a little pep in your step to allow you to CRUSH that workout.
What is “preworkout”?
Preworkout is a supplement that is taken before physical activity. It is known to help increase your energy, stamina, strength, & endurance.

FIBER
Try to get at least 15g-25g of fiber a day. Fiber will help with your digestion, blood sugar, & help you process high protein foods better! It will also make you feel fuller for longer! Add high fiber fruits & veggies to your diet! Apples, mangos, raspberries, strawberries, etc all have great fiber counts. For high fiber veggies, try broccoli, spinach, or brussel sprouts. Beans & Potatoes are also great sources of fiber. Fiber is a trackable item in MyFitnessPal so be sure to keep an eye on it! To supplement on lower carb days, I use a fiber gummy.
Nope! That’s not the excited face of Dad grabbing his plate of a gourmet meal. Nope! That’s Dad’s excited face over hot dogs & macaroni & cheese!!! LOL! He loves to exclaim “Looka here! Looka here!” when this “meal” arrives.
Dad goes to his Day Center on Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. I deem that as my “free time”. I truly dislike doing household chores during said “free time”, but OH MY GOODNESS, it is so much easier to do laundry & clean around this place when he’s not here!
